It did not install straight from the installer, but I managed to go deep into the folder where drivers decompressed.

After many search I found out driver from UChar0 message.
It doesn't work with message 'can not start Windows 8 Bluetooth Stack' or similar. It's the beautiful result of outsourcing!!!
